Postlude in d minor (-Dorian-) Op. 22 -- See blog/archive [Getting Started With Writing, Part XXVII]

Dedicated to my friend Reverend Kevin Weaver, this stand alone 4 voice fugue in D Dorian mode has 2 countersubjects and ends in free form with great finality [116 measures]. Difficult.

Fugue in g minor Op. 23 -- See blog/archive [Getting Started With Writing, Part XXVIII]

This shorter, stand alone 4 voice fugue with 2 countersubjects dedicated to my friend Dr. Todd Howard may be performed with a full sound or a "gap" registration [66 measures]. Difficult.

These scores were inspired by the sound of the historic IV/53 Kimball organ of the Cathedral of the Scottish Rite in Saint Louis, Missouri [See menu bar, Photos 3], a fully expressive and truly musical instrument of 143 speaking stops.
